As a responsible employer, we recognise that our success is dependent upon the talent and diverse skill sets of our colleagues. We are committed to investing in our colleagues’ wellbeing and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
Gender pay gap
Our goal is to close our pay gaps. We remain transparent when it comes to our data, and accountable for addressing areas of under-representation.
We’ve been reporting our gender pay gap since 2018 and our joint ethnicity and gender pay gap reports since 2021.
For the purposes of the latest reporting, the data we use is based on self-submission from employees, aligning with current requirements for gender pay gap reporting.
